At Zozuna, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have a period of time to return it under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your request.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be new, unused, and in its original condition

• Be returned in its original packaging

• Show no signs of use, impact, or damage

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned if they have been used (e.g., personal care devices, accessories in direct contact with the body).

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that are used or damaged after receipt

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service; Sozuna is not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected:

• You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method.

⚠️ Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a product that is:

• Defective

• Damaged

• Or does not match your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include photos as proof. We will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
